This led me to be extremely hesitant to even show a dentist my teeth in the hope of getting some help. Then I met Dr Bik! Dr Bik had fixed a crown for my mum and she recommended I come and see what he could do for me. That was the best decision I have ever made. During my consultation Dr Bik explained what had happed to my teeth and designed a personalised plan to give me the smile I had always dreamed of. We built trust based on his knowledge and expertise and I proceeded with the treatment in amazement at each step, how my confidence soared as my smile just got better and better. Now I can’t stop smiling, not just to show off my new perfect teeth, but because I am so grateful for the whole experience. Dr Bik has given me something I never thought I would have again. I would definitely recommend the eye clinic. They squeezed me in straight away after being contacted by my optometrist. They were very professional and thorough throughout all my visits. I was seen by the register and he consulted with another fully qualified specialist. That totally reassured me. My last visit went well and it was my last appointment seeing that registrar. Right hip replacement at St Vincent's Northside - actual operation very professional, smooth and reassured every step of the way. 5 days recovery in hospital treated with care and respect but cannot understand why I was given medication to make the bowels work which caused me to be very ill vomiting and diarrhea which I was unable to control so had undignified accident. Time spent at rehab I was treated professionally with care but found it difficult however very grateful.

The staff were all lovely...the centre was very clean..my only issues were the wait time..but more than that when l first arrived there were no other patients but the receptionist although on the phone madr no eye contact or smiled or even nodded to acknowledge my presence at the desk..l thought this was poor customer service
