I cannot praise Virginia highly enough. I, unfortunately am covid vaccine injured and also have long covid, bringing a myriad of problems including atrial fibrillation, fatique, inability to maintain a proper iron level to name a few. I also have an underactive thyroid which is causing its own problems including hair loss. I was at a loss as to who I could discuss all of the above with and get an overall approach to help me feel human again. I of course see my GP and attend a Cardiac clinic but I was searching for someone to pull it all together. I was told about Virginia and when I met her I was so relieved to actually speak with someone who was empathetic, extremely knowledgeable and who could see the whole picture, connect dots and come up with a plan. A plan! I was so delighted to have a focus on getting myself feeling like myself again. She went through blood results with a fine tooth comb, explaining to me what the issues were and how each were linked. I was started on a regime of supplements and dietary suggestions e.g. a low histamine diet as that was also an issue. Eighteen months later I feel human again with a clear pathway to feeling better. As time has gone on the supplements have altered to suit new needs and a course of immunotherapy drugs were also very beneficial. Virginia has opened up a whole new world to me and I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism.

Removal recommended and operation done the following day. The staff were so kind, from A&E through the ward, theatre, recovery. Clean, comfortable and grest food. Dr Tobias is one of those rare doctors who genuinely cares about his patients. Having had his own health issues, which he researched extensively and put into remission himself, he is not only extremely knowledgeable but also empathetic to his patients’ symptoms whereas GP’s and other professionals have been completely dismissive in my case.
